Family spa time slots: when is the best time to come with your children?
O'dycéa welcomes you during dedicated family spa sessions. This arrangement allows everyone to fully enjoy themselves: families in a friendly and fun atmosphere, and adults in peace and quiet outside of these hours.
Families are welcome:
- All day Wednesday
- On other days: from opening until 4pm, with last entry at 2pm
Outside of these hours, our spa area becomes 100% for adults. A balance designed for everyone's comfort.

Our recommendations for a successful visit
To ensure your family spa experience takes place in the best possible conditions, we ask you to apply the following measures.
Before entering the pools
- The whole family takes a soapy shower
- Babies and children under 4 years old wear a special bath diaper
- The other family members are wearing close-fitting swimsuits (no swim shorts).
During your session
- Children, even if they know how to swim, are accompanied by an adult at all times.
- They play calmly: no shouting, no diving, no running around the pools.
- Babies and young children can wear armbands or flotation devices if they are suitable.
- To preserve everyone's peace and quiet, phones are not allowed in the wellness areas.
Family Services
- Mixed changing rooms: convenient for changing all together
- A changing table is available for your use.
- Armbands and floats are available to borrow if you don't have your own.

What is the minimum age to come to a spa?
Babies are accepted from 9 months old, with a special bathing diaper.
From this age, your child can discover the joys of warm water in our pools during family sessions. Parents must accompany their child at all times, regardless of their comfort level in the water.
We also provide a baby changing table in the changing rooms.
Can children access the spa?
The spa area: hammams, saunas, sensory shower, herbal tea room; is reserved for people aged 16 and over.
Only the spa area is accessible to children, during family time slots:
- Wednesday: all day;
- Other days: from opening until 4pm (last entry at 2pm).
My child can't swim, is that a problem?
No, as long as you accompany him at all times.
We have a paddling pool area that's perfect for young children and future swimmers. Armbands and flotation devices are allowed if they are suitable and secure (we can lend them to you if needed).
The most important thing is to stay in the immediate vicinity of your child at all times.
Are strollers allowed?
Strollers are allowed in the reception area, but not in the spa areas.
