Starting in September, O'dycéa welcomes Coline Bellon, osteopath graduated from COP Aix-Marseille and trained in aquatic osteopathy.
Performed in water heated between 33 and 35°C, aquatic osteopathy combines traditional osteopathic techniques with the benefits of warm water. Thanks to buoyancy, the body is supported and guided through slow, flowing movements, promoting relaxation and release of tension.
This practice can notably support spinal pain, chronic pain, muscle recovery after sport or certain discomforts related to pregnancy.
