Access and booking

Should you book your spa session in the mountains?

To guarantee your place, we ask you to book your session online.

We limit the number of people per time slot to preserve the quality of your experience and the tranquility of the spaces. During weekends and school holidays, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Online booking also allows you to choose your time slot (family or adults) and avoid any waiting at reception.

Our opening hours vary depending on the time of year.

Please note: family time slots are available all day on Wednesdays and until 4pm on other days.

We advise you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time.

This time allows you to change comfortably in the changing rooms and settle in calmly before your appointment with your practitioner.

In case of delay, the duration of the treatment may be adjusted without compensation, in order to respect the schedules of the following people.

You can modify or cancel your reservation according to our cancellation policy.

We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible, so that other visitors can take advantage of the freed-up time slot.

Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable according to our terms and conditions.

Yes, we gladly welcome groups. 

It is also possible to privatize certain spaces depending on the period and availability.

Spa prices and payment methods

Where can I find your rates?

All our spa rates, Spa and treatments are detailed on our dedicated page Current prices and offers.

You will find there:

  • 1-hour and 2-hour spa passes (adults, children, families);
  • Spa & hammam passes;
  • Prices for massages and treatments;
  • Subscriptions and 10 or 20 entry passes;
  • Current special offers.

You can pay by:

  • Bank card; ;
  • Species ;
  • ANCV holiday vouchers (on site only).

Online payments are made securely through our ticketing partner.

Yes, ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted on site for the purchase of passes and treatments. However, they cannot be used for online bookings.

We offer gift vouchers valid for treatments, massages, spa or hydrotherapy. You can buy them online or at the O'dycéa reception desk.

It's the ideal gift to offer a wellness break at any time of the year.

Yes, we offer preferential rates for seasonal workers in Dévoluy.

Upon presentation of proof of seasonal employment, you are entitled to a discount on certain passes and subscriptions. Inquire directly at reception or when making your reservation.

The O'dycéa experience

What is the temperature of the basins of spa ?

The temperature of our pools varies depending on the area to offer you different sensations:

  • Large Bath: 33°C;
  • Hot Bath: 36°C;
  • Musical Bath: 36°C;
  • Nordic bath: 35°C.

Access to the spa and balneotherapy areas is linked, so it is not possible to access only the spa.

When you book a Spa Pass, you automatically have access to:

  • The entire spa area;
  • The Granada and Altaya hammams;
  • The Kittilä and Inari saunas;
  • The sensory shower;
  • The CocO'on space (tea room, relaxation, terrace).

This comprehensive course is designed for total relaxation.

In addition to your 2-hour pass, we offer you an extra 15 minutes to get ready in the changing rooms.

Your 2-hour pass therefore gives you a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes (2 hours in the spaces + 15 minutes in the changing rooms).

Please respect this time limit: additional charges may apply for exceeding it. Adhering to the schedule allows everyone to enjoy their time slot in the best possible conditions.

Many of our treatments are available in a duo version.

Please be sure to specify this when making your reservation.
This will allow us to:

  • To guarantee the availability of our practitioners
  • Having time to prepare the double cabin.

In order to preserve everyone's peace and quiet and to promote total disconnection, mobile phones are not allowed in the wellness areas.

Spa access includes entry to the CocO'on area and the tea room.

It's the perfect place to extend relaxation after a massage, facial treatment or a session in the hammam.

Children and families

What is the minimum age to come in spa ?

Babies are accepted from 8 months old, with a special bathing diaper.

From this age, your child can discover the joys of warm water in our pools during family sessions. Parents must accompany their child at all times, regardless of their comfort level in the water.
We also provide a baby changing table in the changing rooms.

We have a paddling pool area that's perfect for young children and future swimmers. Armbands and flotation devices are allowed if they are suitable and secure (we can lend them to you if needed).

The most important thing is to stay in the immediate vicinity of your child at all times.

The spa area: hammams, saunas, sensory shower, herbal tea room; is reserved for people aged 16 and over.

Only the spa area is accessible to children, during family time slots:

  • Wednesday: all day;
  • Other days: from opening until 4pm (last entry at 2pm).

Outside of these hours, our spa area becomes 100% adult to preserve everyone's peace and quiet.

This organization allows everyone to fully enjoy themselves: families in a friendly atmosphere, adults in serenity.

Strollers are allowed in the reception area, but not in the spa areas.

Swimming caps are not mandatory at O'dycéa.

However, a soapy shower before entering the pools is mandatory for everyone (adults and children). This hygiene rule guarantees water quality and everyone's comfort.

For hygiene reasons, only close-fitting swimsuits are allowed.

Shorts, burkinis and thongs are not allowed in our pools.

If you do not have a suitable swimsuit, we offer them for sale and loan at reception (as well as towels, flip-flops, caps…).

Yes, swimsuits and accessories (towels, caps, flip-flops, etc.) are available for sale or loan at reception.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility

Is the establishment accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, O'dycéa is entirely Accessible for people with reduced mobility.

People with disabilities pay the full price, and their companion receives free access.

How to book?
The person with a disability makes their reservation online as usual. The accompanying person then selects a free ticket in the "I'm booking my entry" section.

Are the massages performed by qualified practitioners?

Yes, all our practitioners are trained and qualified.

Each one has their own specialty: traditional massages, reflexology, energy treatments, specific techniques…
We select only qualified professionals to guarantee you a safe, efficient and tailored experience.

We work exclusively with the French brand Origine Cosmétique.

Their products are made primarily from natural ingredients and manufactured in France. You can discover them during your treatment, and purchase them directly from the spa boutique if you wish to extend the benefits at home.
